As you may be aware the above branch closed beyond our control in March 2006. We have recently reviewed how we could provide a more sustainable Post Office® service to your village in order to safeguard it for the future.
Following this review, we can now confirm that from:
19th October 2006
Your Post office service will come to you via our new Post Office® Home Service
You will be able to access many Post Office products and services via our
designated telephone line, from the comfort of your own home 24 hours a
day, 7 days a week. This service will be provided by Mrs Jane Cain who
currently operates Hurstpierpoint Post Office® in Hurstpierpoint.
